Throughout the year we were asked to be involved in so many great projects that allowed us to create more characters and stories .As usual . we started the year performing our take on the national bard Rabbie Burns. Then it was into the Spring and Book Week at various locations across the country .A visit to the National Museum of Scotland is always a pleasure and summer saw us back into the NMS with our Egyptian Book of the Dead show 'Tippy Tippy Tep Tep'! We had great fun with this show and we both learnt a lot about the Egyptian way of life and rituals ,its a great show for primary schools !
The Sumner brought a few festivals including the Borders Fest and Doune the Rabbit Hole ,we know a few stories about Rabbits so that helped !Come August we were once again lucky enough to be guests at the Edinburgh International Book Festival where we embarked in some Street touring around The Book Festival site this was great fun with some amazing characters all having lived , at one time around Charlotte Square!
By Autumn we were back at the National Library this time to for a trip to Antartica with Ernest Shacklton and his crew, what an incredible story that is, fantastic. Finally we reached the Festive period and this years new Panto performance called the Robin Hood , this year the main stars where the kids and adults that took part ,great fun.
